Today started off with a tank cleaning job at 8:00 am for one of the couples who attended yesterday afternoon’s Kleen Tank seminar. He is retired USMC so we enjoyed bonding over our military service. Really nice folks.
As is often the case when doing a Kleen Tank job, neighbors ask about it and request service too. The couple next door had just experienced a serious black tank clog and asked for my help. So I ended up with two jobs before lunch, got two coaches “factory kleen,” and in the case of the second couple, solved a serious problem for them.
Frieda and I are pleased to have become Kleen Tank dealers. Yes, it’s a dirty job, but one that we can do on the road. We provide a much-needed service to others while generating some self-employed business income that offsets our travels. Win-win! And I can’t say enough good things about how well Jim and Debbie set up their new dealers.
As for the rest of the day today, we had a leisurely afternoon before going out to dinner with Jim and Debbie Tome and new friends Geoff and Johanna Matthews. If you are in the Goshen area, Venturi pizza gets five stars from me and Frieda. We liked it so much, we’re going back tonight!
