West Quest Part Deux - Day 11
First full day in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

We woke up today to a bright sunny day — quite the opposite of what we arrived in last night. While Frieda and I were both ready to hit the day running, Maddie had different ideas:
There are sunflowers everywhere here and I picked a bouquet for Frieda last evening.

Next to the park is a Camping World featuring a huge American flag:
After breakfast, we headed downtown to check out the city. As we were parking, we saw this sign about panhandling. Good advice!
Once parked, we took a mile walk down the Big Sioux River headed toward the Falls.
After a long walk, it was time to hit a speakeasy called The Treasury.
Along with our adult beverages, we enjoyed this magnificent deviled eggs with trout row. Yum!
Overall, we had a fun first full day in Sioux Falls.
One of my favorite stops was Devil’s Lake, ND. If you get that way take a look. I haven’t been there for 40 years! But it was stunning. Safe travels.
