Frieda and I started off this gorgeous morning with a cleaning of Van and Missy Henley’s Tiffin Allegro bus. Van and Missy have been good friends of ours for almost 30 years.
As we wrapped up this job, Tom Fellin, also a friend for nearly 30 years now, walked by to see how we were doing.
We had two more cleanings to do, but it was lunchtime so we headed to Tubby’s with Van and Missy.
How about this selfie where 3 out of 4 of us have food in our mouths… Fail! (Sorry Van, Missy and Frieda!)
Just across the street from Tubby’s is the National Museum of the Pacific War that Van and I went to yesterday.
How about that gorgeous five-star flag for Fleet Admiral Chester W. Nimitz, a Fredericksburg, Texas native.
After lunch, Frieda and I did two more Kleen Tank jobs — one for our friends Karen and Hardy Kircher and another for a couple staying in the campground.
After that, it was Happy Hour and time to enjoy friends and their dogs.
Meanwhile, the ladies enjoyed some relaxing time in the sun.
They say owners and dogs tend to look like each other…
I think this demands a poll:
That’s it for today. Thanks for following Oliver’s Travels!
