Last night we slept like bears here at Soggy Bottom in Newnan, Georgia. As Frieda and I began the day, Maddie and Skipper continued doing what they do best.
Here are a few scenes from the morning:
What an amazing experience! Not only did we get a job, we got a friend. Thank you Glenn for a wonderful experience.
As we departed for another Kleen Tank job in Live Oak, Florida, we needed coffee. We are Walking Dead fans and as it turns out, we wound up stopping in Senoia, Georgia which served as the fictional town of Woodbury in the series.
On the way to Live Oak, we stopped at yet another Buc-ee’s and noted that waiting around for your Tesla to charge appears to be a time consuming process.
All that time does, however, provide ample time to smoke a lot of weed judging by the smell of things.
Around 4:15 we crossed into Florida for the second time this year.
About 30 minutes later, we arrived at John and Fran Richichi’s Hidden Creek Ranch in Live Oak. And like Glenn McWaters did, they too offered for us to spend the night on their property after cleaning their rig.
In a Kleen Tank first for us, Fran and John also insisted that we be their guests for a home-cooked dinner of roasted chicken, corn bread casserole and salad. To say we were honored and that we had a wonderful experience would be quite the understatement. It was a fitting end to an amazing day.
